I've come up with a chorus (or verse type B of my former post):

I waver between
love and rage
As for the verses I am thinking along the line of a guy whose girl friend just dumped him so now he doesnt't know what to do with his spare time at the weekends. Not enough for four verses, I know. Will have to see.
