I describe my ongoing lyrics writing projects. Where I get my ideas, how I match my words with other people's music, which little helpers I use...
When I'm bored I write lyrics. "tall" is basically fun stuff. Its verses:
I have grown three meters tall
it looks like I'm still growing
to get through doors I have to crawl
in rooms I must keep bowing
you can imagine that I'm strong
and must be very careful
I never feel like I belong
I'm not exactly graceful
I have grown three meters tall
it looks like I'm still growing
there's quite an impact when I fall
I'm never easygoing
for a kiss my girl need steps
her life can be demanding
you cannot keep me under wraps
because I'm quite outstanding
I have grown three meters tall
it looks like I'm still growing
all you others seem so small
isn't it mind-blowing?
I used Rhymezone a lot, often without digging out anything useful, but all "owing" rhymes come from there - I only had "growing".
The last line of the chorus gives the text a twist, I like the play with words:
here I stand
and look down at you
here I am
and look down at you
and look down on you
