My tries to salvage the ideas I had collected so far have failed. This is what I had compiled offline, i.e. without access to a computer:
take on the virtual journey
to places yet unknown
leave your cosy comfort zone
to find a world of music
and grow like this world has grown
the music talks to people
who cannot talk themselves
choose music from the shelves
that teaches you about life
'bout loss and love and elfs
Aside from the elfs who had no reason to occur in the lyrics at all exept for the rhyme these verses did not stand up to the "soundcheck", I mean to the melody and its meter and intonation.
