There was not much spare time for indulging in my hobby, but I added a rhyme (down - town) in the chorus by changing the word order a bit:
by rule of thumb
a severed thumb stickin' out
simply means thumbs down
in the end for you
this tiny part
of your victim's corpse
makes your whole home town
point a finger at you
