Step two - after identifying the subject - is collecting ideas.

Here are a few:

looks like they always finish what they have commenced
although they don't live for, but they live against
they'd grow an Eiffel tower if they'd got the power

yesterday a rugrat yet today the big shot
they've gone to any length to get what they have got
they don't have any qualms using lies or bombs

The meter doesn't always fit. Neither does the syllable count seem to fit with the tune. Since for the verses there is only an accompaniment as of yet eleven or twelve syllables actually might fit after all. I'll have to check.

I didn't know the term "rugrat" before - and I like it a lot! I can actually see them little toddlers crawling over my floor and pissing on the carpet. What I was looking for were translations for "Hosenscheißer" (German), and I found "shit-arse" or "rugrat". Normally, I would try to avoid a term I'd never heard of or used before (there will be another post on this subject shortly), but "rugrat" was too nice to leave it out.
