To write a text which matches the new song I need to know the number of lines, the number of syllables per line, and their intonation. Therefore, I have added a - probably only provisional - melody for my chord progression (life is provisional, if you ask me). And an accompaniment for the chorus. Never mind the poor quality of the audio files, I am no musician, and this about writing lyrics, not about composing. I think I should change the last few chords of the chorus to G-A-B instead of A-D-E, but that doesn't matter either.

As for the syllable counting:
Verses: 7, 10, 2, 5 or 7, 7, 4, 4, 4 (optional)
Chorus: 10, 10, 7

The structure of the song could be:
Verse, Chorus, Verse, Chorus, (Solo), Bridge, Chorus, Chorus

power (m3u) (for Windows Media player)
power (mp3) (if the streaming mode does not work)
