It maybe could do with a bridge. At the moment it's just verse - chorus - verse - chorus - verse - chorus. But content-wise it seems complete to me:

I escaped the biting flies
next desert sand burned in my eyes
saw some paintings in the cave
the rock I climbed looks like a wave
