There are two corrections:
... they have been so stupid believing my BALD lies - 'white lies' was too harmless, it didn't really go together with 'them' being stupid;
... I'll never disclose THE mystery - 'mystery' is there for the rhyme, originally I meant 'my secret', 'THE mystery' should work just fine.
